- 1 lb. fresh or 2 boxes frozen asparagus, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Place cooked asparagus in shallow greased casserole in single layer.

2Melt butter until golden brown.

3Blend in mayonnaise, seasonings and lemon juice; pour over asparagus.

4Sprinkle with crumbs, then cheese.

5Bake in preheated 375° oven for 15 minutes, or until browned.

6Can be prepared in advance and reheated.
