Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 16 oz. soft cream cheese
- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix graham cracker crumbs, pecans, sugar and melted butter. Reserve 1/3 c. and press remaining mixture into 13X9 pan.

2Bake 6 minutes at 325 degrees.

3Remove and cool on wire rack.

4Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

5Gradually beat in milk.

6Add eggs and beat until just combined.

7Stir in lemon juice.

8Carefully spoon mixture atop crust in pan.

9Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.

10Bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 1 hour.

11Store in refrigerator.

12Cut into bars to serve. Makes 24 bars.
