Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
  • ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded lettuce
  • 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut into thin strips
  • 1 KRAFT Slim Cut Swiss Cheese Slice, cut into thin strips
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Directions

    Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.

    until completely dissolved.

    Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/4 cups.

    Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.

    Stir in vinegar.

    Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Spoon into three individual serving bowls.

    Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
