  • 2 lb. carrots, peeled cooked and mashed
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 tsp. fresh minced parsley
  • 1 tsp. finely minced onion
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, cooked

    Combine first 7 ingredients.

    Pour into a well-greased 6 cup ring mold.

    Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

    Let stand 10 minutes.

    Unmold unto serving plate.
  6. 6
    Fill center with peas.
