- 4 large chicken breast halves
- 2 lemons
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Remove skin from chicken; pat dry.

2Grate rind from 1 lemon; set aside.

3Squeeze juice from this lemon over chicken.

4Combine flour and paprika in shallow dish.

5Turn each breast in flour to coat.

6In skillet, saute chicken in hot oil until brown on all sides, approximately 10 minutes.

7Mix reserved lemon rind, brown sugar and salt; sprinkle over chicken.

8Add broth to skillet. Cook, covered, over low heat for 25 minutes.

9Thinly slice second lemon; arrange over chicken.

10Cook, covered, an additional 10 minutes or until fork-tender.
