- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried basil
Directions
