  • 4 halibut, scrod or cod fillets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Center each fillet on 12-inch square foil.

    Sprinkle with onion, parsley, dill weed, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fold foil over each fillet to make pocket; pleat seams to securely enclose; place on cookie sheet.

    Bake in preheated moderate (375°) oven for 30 minutes.
