- 4 halibut, scrod or cod fillets (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Center each fillet on 12-inch square foil.

2Sprinkle with onion, parsley, dill weed, paprika, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fold foil over each fillet to make pocket; pleat seams to securely enclose; place on cookie sheet.

3Bake in preheated moderate (375°) oven for 30 minutes.
