- 1 c. cooked lentils or beans
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 egg
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated skim milk
- 3/4 c. wheat bran
- 3/4 c. corn flakes or bread crumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. sage
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

3Place in an oiled 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes.

4Lentil loaf is so moist that it needs no gravy or sauce.
