- 2 c. cooked lentils
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 3/4 tsp. ground sage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. canned milk
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 small onion
- 1 egg
Directions

1Place egg and onion in blender and whiz so onion gets ground up.

2Slightly mash lentils; mix everything together.

3Bake in oiled 1 1/2-quart casserole 45 minutes at 350°.

4Serve with gravy or cranberry sauce.
