  • 2 c. lentils, cooked and mashed
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. ground walnuts
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 14 oz. can milk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 2 c. rusket crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mince onion and brown in part of oil.

    Add lentils and other ingredients.

    Bake in oiled loaf pan at 375° for 1 hour.
