- 6 medium to large Russet or red potatoes
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- Lawry's seasoned salt to taste
- warm milk
Directions

1Scrub gently under water to remove dirt and dig out any bad spots, but do not peel.

2Cut potatoes in half and boil until tender.

3Drain well and let sit for 5 minutes, covered.

4Add 4 to 5 tablespoons of butter or margarine.

5Add Lawry's salt to taste and warm milk to the desired consistency.

6Serves 4 to 6.
