Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 12 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of grated gingerroot
  • 12 tablespoon orange zest
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • lettuce leaf
  • of fresh mint, and
  • basil leaves
  • minced green onion
  • 12 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 lime, cut in edges
  • crushed peanuts (optional)

Directions

    Mix the 9 first ingredients and use it to marinate the chicken strips.

    Marinate 1 hour.

    Cook the chicken in a pan until is cook.

    Add the bean sprouts and greens onions and stir for 5 minutes.

    Roll the chicken mixture in the lettuce wraps.

    Add lime juice, extra of the sauce, fresh herbs and peanut.
