  • 1 12 cups cooked smoked ham (or fat free smoked turkey ham)
  • 13 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 14 cup onion

    Pulse 5 or 6 times, pause and let the ingredients settle, then quickly pulse again until you've reached a good consistency.
