  • 6 to 8 lean pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 can chicken with rice soup

Directions

    Dredge chops in mixture of dry ingredients.

    Brown in oil in skillet. Place in crock-pot and add soup.

    Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high setting for 3 1/2 hours.
