  • 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 small bottle cherries
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

    Mix gelatin and water and let set slightly.
  2. 2
    Blend cream cheese into whipped cream and add to gelatin along with nuts, peppers, cherries and pineapple.

    Place in a mold and refrigerate 2 hours.
