- 1 c. flour
- 6 oz. butter
- 3/4 c. almonds, ground into powder
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 small glass Kirsch (optional)
- 10 oz. raspberry jam
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients by hand.

2Knead the dough. Refrigerate the dough for 6 hours or overnight.

3Place chilled dough on a lightly floured board.

4Place a piece of wax paper over the dough and using a rolling pin, stretch the dough to fit a 10-inch pan.

5Spread the jam on top.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Can be made ahead.
