  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 can (10 Oz. Can) Rotel
  • 8 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
  • 1 box (16 Oz. Box) Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 cup Grated Colby Jack Cheese

Directions

    Brown the ground beef and drain off the grease.

    Add the Rotel, tomato sauce, the noodles and enough water to cover the ingredients.

    Cook over medium-low heat until noodles are done.

    Serve up and add grated cheese over top.

    Cook up a pan of cornbread to go with and enjoy.
