- 6 pieces Cod
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 2 tsp Salt and pepper
- 1 Beaten egg
- 2 tbsp Green onions (sliced very thinly)
- 1 tbsp Oil (for cooking)
Directions

1Cut the cod into 5 pieces.

2Mix the ingredients marked together, and sprinkle over the cod.

3Mix the ingredients marked together in a bowl.

4Coat the cod from Step 2 with the egg mixture.

5Heat some oil in a frying pan over low-medium heat.

6Put in the cod, cover with a lid and steam-fry.

7When the cod pieces have browned, turn them over.

8Put the lid back on and steam-cook until browned on the other side, and they're done!
