- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- hot oil for deep frying
- vegetables of your choice (zucchini sticks, onion rings, dandelion heads)
Directions

1Mix together water and egg.

2Mix together dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients into water/egg mixture; beat with fork until smooth.

3Dip vegetables into batter and deep fry at 375° to 400° until lightly browned.
