- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- several slices light bread
Directions

1Cover sides and bottom of a deep casserole dish.

2Mix all of the other ingredients and pour into dish.

3Place slices of light bread on top.

4Some of the pecans can be reserved to be placed on top of light bread.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
