  • 225 grams all-purpose flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 25 grams butter

Directions

    Melt the butter in a big bowl

    Add the milk, eggs, salt and sugar and mix them.

    Once it is well mixed, add the flour and the baking powder and mixed again until it gets uniform semi liquid

    In a small sized frying pan, melt a bit of butter to avoid pancakes to stick on it.

    Empty the mix until cover the frying pan surface.

    When you cook the pancakes, all you need to remember is that when the upper side of the pancake is blistering and bubbling it's time to cook the second side, and this needs only about 1 minute!
