- 3 cups cherries, pitted
- 1 14 cups skim milk
- 4 eggs
- 14 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 tablespoons light margarine, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 14 cup powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Wash cherries; remove stems and pits.

3Place pitted cherries in an 8 cup oven-proof dish.

4In the bowl of a food processor or blender, combine milk, eggs, splenda, sugar, salt, and melted margarine.

5Blend until smooth.

6Add flour, blend briefly - do not overmix once flour is added.

7Pour batter into baking dish, covering cherries, and bake for 30 minutes or until top is light golden brown and center is done.

8Sift confectioners' sugar over the top and serve while still warm.
