- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 6 Tbsp. extra light corn oil spread
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Spray two 8-inch round baking pans with cooking spray.

3Stir flour, cocoa and baking soda; set aside.

4In saucepan, melt corn oil spread and stir in sugar.

5Remove from heat.

6Add milk, vinegar and vanilla to mixture in saucepan; stir. Add dry ingredients; whisk until well blended.

7Pour evenly into pans.

8Bake 20 minutes.

9Cool.

10Frost.

11Refrigerate.
