  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
