Ingredients
- 1/2 white onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pkg. Neufchatel cheese (8 oz.)
- 1 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 medium tomato, seeded
- 1/2 small green pepper
- 3/4 c. fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 oz. imitation crab meat, flaked
- cocktail bread or vegetable slices
Directions

1Finely chop onion; press garlic and mix onion, garlic, cheese and milk until well blended.

2Spread in shallow serving dish. Coarsely chop tomato, green pepper and parsley.

3Mix together tomato, green pepper, 2 tablespoons parsley, lemon juice and salt. Spoon on top of cheese mixture.

4Top with crab meat.

5Sprinkle with remaining parsley.

6Chill.

7Serve with bread or veggies.
