- 6 sponge finger biscuits (Savoiardi), halved lengthways
- 100 g dark chocolate, melted
- 220 g PHILADELPHIA Extra Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup pure icing sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Fresh fruit, for serving e.g. berries, mango, peaches, kiwi fruit
- Icing sugar, for dusting
Directions

1COAT both ends of three sponge finger halves in chocolate.

2Place the pieces on a lined tray to form a triangular shape.

3Ensure the chocolate ends are overlapping as these will secure the frames once the chocolate has set.

4Repeat with remaining biscuits and chocolate to form four triangular frames.

5Allow to set.

6COMBINE the PHILLY with the icing sugar and vanilla.

7ARRANGE frames on individual serving plates.

8Fill the centre of each with a dollop of PHILLY, fresh fruit and a dusting of icing sugar.

9Serve immediately.
