  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 tsp. almond flavoring
  • 1 lb. red and green cherries, chopped
  • 1 lb. red and green pineapple, chopped
  • 1 box golden raisins
  • 1 lb. English walnuts, chopped
  • 1 lb. pecans, chopped
  • 1 can Baker's coconut

Directions

    Sift flour and baking powder.

    Pour flour over chopped fruit and nuts.

    In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, eggs and flavorings.

    Pour creamed mixture over floured fruit.

    Mix well.

    Bake in a greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
