  • 1/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 4 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 box cooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c. shredded part skim milk Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Prepare noodles according to package directions.

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Brown ground beef and drain well.

    Add spaghetti sauce. Bring to boil.

    Remove from heat.

    In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer sauce, noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.

    Repeat layers, ending with sauce.
