  • 3 pkg. yeast
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 7 c. flour

    Sprinkle yeast in water.

    Add sugar, oil, salt and egg; blend well.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Add 2 cups flour; beat with mixer or wooden spoon until smooth.

    Gradually add flour; knead about 8 minutes.

    Let rise.

    Make into rolls or bread; let rise, then bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
