- 2 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 7 c. flour
Directions

1Sprinkle yeast in water.

2Add sugar, oil, salt and egg; blend well.

3Let stand 5 minutes.

4Add 2 cups flour; beat with mixer or wooden spoon until smooth.

5Gradually add flour; knead about 8 minutes.

6Let rise.

7Make into rolls or bread; let rise, then bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
