  • 4 egg white
  • 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 pkg. Butterscotch Jell-O Fat Free Instant Pudding
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 cups milk

    MIX 1 pkg (515 g) vanilla cake mix directly in lightly greased 13 x 9 in.

    metal baking pan, using cholesterol-free directions on package.

    PREPARE 2 pkg.

    (4-serving size) Jell-o Fat-Free Butterscotch Instant Pudding Mix as directed on package using 3 cups 1% milk and adding 1/3 cup sugar.
