- 2 14 cups egg substitute
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 14 cup green pepper, chopped
- 14 cup mushroom, chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions

1Saute onion, green pepper, and mushrooms in olive oil.

2Add in turkey crumbles, and seasonings.

3Put 2 tablespoons of sausage veggie mixture into muffin cups.
