- 2 pkg. ladyfingers
- Egg Beaters (equal to 6 yolks)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. coffee liqueur
- 1/2 c. Mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 c. low-fat cream cheese
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions

1In small mixer bowl, beat Egg Beaters and sugar until thick (about 1 minute).

2Place in top of double boiler over boiling water.

3Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add cheeses and beat well.

4Fold Cool Whip into mixture; set aside.
