Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. ladyfingers
  • Egg Beaters (equal to 6 yolks)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 c. Mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 c. low-fat cream cheese
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

    In small mixer bowl, beat Egg Beaters and sugar until thick (about 1 minute).

    Place in top of double boiler over boiling water.

    Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add cheeses and beat well.

    Fold Cool Whip into mixture; set aside.
