- 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
- 1 can water plus 1/2 more
- 1/4 small head cabbage
- 1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 can French green beans
- 1 c. dry barley
- 1 c. chopped cauliflower
Directions

1In a large pot, pour tomato juice, water, shredded cabbage, broth and onion.

2Simmer 30 minutes and then add all other ingredients.

3Continue cooking another 30 minutes.
