  • 2 sweet potatoes large, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • maple syrup cup Grade B
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

    In a medium or large pot, just cover potatoes with water and bring to a boil.

    Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.

    Strain and return potatoes to pot, add almond milk, syrup and cinnamon.
