  • 1 pound Extra Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 cup Canned Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 3 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 8 ounces, weight Tube, Refrigerated Reduced-fat Crescent Rolls
  • 1/2 cups Reduced Fat Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cups Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Baked Tortilla Chips, Crushed
  • 1- 1/4 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 Medium Tomato, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cups Reduced-fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Optional For Topping

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly spray the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

    In a large skillet, cook ground beef and garlic over medium heat until beef is no longer pink.

    Drain meat in a colander and rinse.

    Wipe out skillet with a paper towel.

    Return meat to skillet.

    Add the beans and taco seasoning.
