- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans French style green beans
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 12 cup skim milk
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14-12 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 13 cups French-fried onions, divided

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Drain green beans In a bowl mix mushroom soup, soy sauce, milk, garlic powder& pepper.

3Add green beans& 1 cup onions.

4Mix well.

5Spray a 2 quart casserole pan with cooking spray.

6Add the bean mixture.

7Smooth it out to cover bottom of pan.

8Cover.

9Bake 25 minutes.

10Un-cover.

11Sprinkle reserved 1/3 cup onions over top.

12Return to oven& bake 5 minutes more Serves 8.
