  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans French style green beans
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14-12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 13 cups French-fried onions, divided

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Drain green beans In a bowl mix mushroom soup, soy sauce, milk, garlic powder& pepper.

    Add green beans& 1 cup onions.

    Mix well.

    Spray a 2 quart casserole pan with cooking spray.

    Add the bean mixture.

    Smooth it out to cover bottom of pan.

    Cover.

    Bake 25 minutes.

    Un-cover.

    Sprinkle reserved 1/3 cup onions over top.

    Return to oven& bake 5 minutes more Serves 8.
