Ingredients

  • 2 lb Extra lean ground beef (93/7)
  • 2 each Large eggs
  • 1 cup Skim milk
  • 1/4 cup Chopped yellow onion
  • 3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Rubbed sage
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

    Preheat oven to 350

    Mix skim milk and breadcrumbs in a separate bowl and set aside
  3. 3
    Mix onion, ground beef, eggs, sage, salt, black pepper and onion powder in a bowl

    Add breadcrumb mixture to beef mixture and mix until incorporated together.

    I mix meatloaf with my hands to make sure it is evenly mixed up.

    Place mixture in loaf pan and put in the oven for 50-60 minutes until firm and juices run clear

    Take out of oven and add ketchup to the top of the meatloaf and cook an additional 5-10 minutes

    Take out of oven and let stand for about 10 minutes then slice and enjoy!
