Ingredients
- 2 lb Extra lean ground beef (93/7)
- 2 each Large eggs
- 1 cup Skim milk
- 1/4 cup Chopped yellow onion
- 3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Rubbed sage
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350

2Mix skim milk and breadcrumbs in a separate bowl and set aside

3Mix onion, ground beef, eggs, sage, salt, black pepper and onion powder in a bowl

4Add breadcrumb mixture to beef mixture and mix until incorporated together.

5I mix meatloaf with my hands to make sure it is evenly mixed up.

6Place mixture in loaf pan and put in the oven for 50-60 minutes until firm and juices run clear

7Take out of oven and add ketchup to the top of the meatloaf and cook an additional 5-10 minutes

8Take out of oven and let stand for about 10 minutes then slice and enjoy!
