- 4 tablespoons Smart Balance light butter spread, softened
- 12 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 12 cups flour
- 34 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons polaner's raspberry all fruit spread
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add milk and vanilla.

3Add flour, baking soda, and salt.

4Mix well.

5Roll into balls and place onto greased cookie sheet.

6Using the back of a 1/4 tsp measuring spoon sprayed w/ cooking spray press into middle of cookies to form a depression.

7Fill eash cookie w/ 1/4 tsp fruit spread.

8Bake @ 300 degrees for 15 mins or untill lightly browned.
