- 3 lb. chicken
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash
- 2 onions, cut up
- 2 c. large diced celery
- 2 sliced zucchini
- 1/2 c. small diced green pepper
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
Directions

1Place chicken skin side down in a nonstick skillet.

2Place the vegetables on the chicken and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.

3Cook on very low heat for 35 minutes until chicken is brown on one side and moisture has been drawn out of vegetables (use no oil).

4Turn chicken over and cook over low heat for another 35 minutes.

5Do not cover skillet during cooking.

6Mushrooms may be added during the last 20 minutes of cooking.
