- 3 sticks butter (not margarine)
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. cake flour
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 6 eggs
Directions

1Have cheese, butter and eggs at room temperature.

2Cream the cream cheese, butter and sugar.

3Add eggs, one at a time.

4Add flour slowly to mixture.

5Scrape bowl down and then add vanilla while still beating.

6Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
