- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen small lima beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 can French fried onion rings
Directions

1Partially cook beans in boiling water; drain.

2Saute onion in butter until tender.

3Combine soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, onion and beans.

4Place in a lightly greased 8-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

5Remove from oven; top with remaining cheese and onion rings.

6Return to oven; bake for an additional 5 minutes.

7Makes 6 servings.
