Lima Bean Bake

  • 2 cans (No. 2 1/2 large) large white lima beans
  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter
  • 4 Tbsp. molasses
  • scant tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 small carton sour cream

Directions

    Drain 1 can of lima beans.

    Mix remaining ingredients and bake in covered casserole for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 300° to 325°.

    Serves 6 to 8.
