- 1 qt. lima beans (3 pkg. frozen)
- 1 small can mushroom soup (Clear Golden)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 small (4 oz.) can diced pimiento
- 2 to 3 sticks celery
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
Directions

1Dice fine the celery, onion and pepper.

2Add butter and cook until clear.

3Add mushroom soup and cook until mixed well.

4Add milk and a little cornstarch if needed to thicken.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Add lima beans and pimiento.

7Simmer a few minutes.

8Place in casserole; cover with cracker crumbs.

9Bake for 15 minutes at 325°.
