  • 1 can (16 oz.) small lima beans, drained
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can corned beef
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato pieces
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook onion and oleo together.

    Dump into baking dish along with all other ingredients, being sure to crumble up corned beef. Stir well.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
