- 2 c. lima beans, mashed
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. dry whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. finely minced onion
- 1 c. tomato pulp
- 1 c. diced celery
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook lima beans until tender and mash.

2Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

3Form the mixture into a loaf and bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
