  • 2 c. lima beans, mashed
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 c. dry whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp. finely minced onion
  • 1 c. tomato pulp
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • salt to taste

    Cook lima beans until tender and mash.

    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

    Form the mixture into a loaf and bake 1/2 hour at 350°.
