- 2 pkg. large frozen limas
- 1 small jar pimento, drained
- 4 tsp. onion, chopped or grated
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Cook limas in a little salted water with butter.

2Cook until tender (10 minutes).

3Drain; save a little juice (separate).

4Add onion, pimento and sour cream. Refrigerate overnight.

5Add 1 tablespoon juice.

6Heat and serve.
