- 30 oz. Fordhook lima beans
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 3 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick real butter
- 3/4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Directions

1Cook limas in boiling salted water until tender.

2Drain. Drain chestnuts and mushrooms.

3Melt butter.

4Mix all ingredients except onion rings together and pour into greased casserole.

5Put onion rings on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
