  • 30 oz. Fordhook lima beans
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 3 Tbsp. sliced almonds
  • 2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick real butter
  • 3/4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Directions

    Cook limas in boiling salted water until tender.

    Drain. Drain chestnuts and mushrooms.

    Melt butter.

    Mix all ingredients except onion rings together and pour into greased casserole.

    Put onion rings on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
