   Mix first 5 ingredients and let set until slightly congealed. Chill large bowl and beaters.

   Pour in evaporated milk and beat until it stands in peaks.

   Combine with chilled and whipped Jell-O mixture.

   In another bowl, combine chocolate wafer crumbs with melted butter and spread 1/2 of the mixture on the bottom of a 13 x 8 x 2-inch pan.

   Pour in the Jell-O mixture and spread remaining crumbs on top.

   Chill overnight if possible.
