    Grease the pie pan with butter, set aside.

    In a large bowl, whisk melted butter with sugar. Then add the eggs and beat until well blended. Add the flour, coconut, lime zest, and milk.

    Pour the mixture in pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and firm to the touch.
