- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 catfish fillets
- lime slices or wedges
- fresh parsley
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Stir in lime juice, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well.

3Remove from heat and set aside.

4Place fillets in a shallow baking dish.

5Brush each fillet generously with lime-butter sauce.

6Broil for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

7Remove to a warm serving dish.

8Spoon pan juice over each fillet.

9Garnish with lime and parsley, if desired.
